The Flats @ Rystan Place

Our mission as a team at Alexandra Rentals, is to elevate rental properties in Morgantown.  When we came to a crossroads in deciding what we wanted to do with a large commercial space we had available at Rystan Place, because of the great demand for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the Morgantown area, we made the decision to transform the space into the nicest 1 & 2 bedroom apartments anyone could find.  Our elevated living mission really came to life through this process.  We couldn’t be more proud of what we accomplished.  And thus, The Flats @ Rystan Place was born.  Chic, sleek & modern with beautiful gray and white interior, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood flooring throughout, and marble flooring in the bathrooms.  We thought of everything.  Elevated living at its finest.
